Hi I’m John Wood, a strategic project manager with a passion for operational excellence. I have practical experience building and empowering customer facing operation teams within B2B software companies servicing Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Before starting 3 Point, I was a Sr. Project Manager and Customer Success leader at a successful B2B software startup servicing the financial services industry. My role was leading and developing the customer on-boarding strategy, operational models and customer facing teams. The business grew to over $40m in annual recurring revenue at the time of acquisition.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, skiing, mountain biking or flying vintage aircraft.
